On Site: We will come to your place of business and effect the necessary resolution. MTS bills hourly for this service. Our hourly rates are competitive and will be based on the experience level required to resolve your given situation.*

* Travel charges and 1-hour minimums apply when an on-site visit is necessary.

Time Blocks: Available for pre-purchase in increments of 10 hours (up to 40). The more hours you pre-purchase, the lower the effective hourly rate. Travel charges may be assessed depending on the circumstances.

Remote Support: MTS will connect to your system using a secure GoToAssist session to provide remote support services. One hour minimum applies.

Contracts: If you are looking for a support contract solution, we can oblige!  Contract fees and specifics will be tailored to your needs and requirements.

Discounts: If you are a BNI member or have been referred to us by a BNI member, you are eligible for discounted rates for all support services.

Support Service Warranty: 30-day warranty on all support services rendered.**

**Support Service Warranty will be deemed void if modifications or changes are made to the resolution rendered by Midwest Technical Services, Inc. by the client, clients staff or any contracted service provider (other than Midwest Technical Services, Inc.).
